Level 1 course - Understanding ABI
Due to Covid-19 we are unable to run our usual training sessions this year. We have therefore split this course into two webinars:
The Educational Implications of ABI
Teaching & Learning after ABI
The first of these is on 26 November at 3:30pm and the second a week later on 3 December.
The webinars are FREE for member schools and parents and only £20 for other schools, regardless of the number of members of staff attending.
This is a course for teachers, LSAs, educational psychologists, SENCOs and parents to look at ABI and education, taking place in Bristol. It will follow the normal pattern of sessions with time for you to ask questions.
- What is ABI?
- What is acquired with an ABI?
- Developing essential skills after ABI
- Teaching and learning after ABI: Practical findings from research
- Supporting a pupil with ABI
- Workshop: Classroom challenges of ABI
