Bristol Training Day - February 2009

 

A day for teachers, LSAs, educational psychologists, SENCOs and parents to look at ABI and education, in Bristol.  It will consist of five sessions

  • What is ABI?
  • What is acquired with an ABI?
  • Education as rehabilitation - matching curriculum to needs
  • Teaching and learning after ABI: Practical findings from research
  • Workshop: Classroom challenges of ABI

Venue: Hopefully the course will be held at our base in Warmley, building works permitting

Time: 9am-3pm

Date: 11 February 2009

Bring your own lunch.  A deposit of £10 (preferably by cheque made out to SHIPS) will be required when booking a place.  It will be returned on the day if you attend.
